In our third session I encouraged you to think about how you can encorporate open educational resources into addressing your design problem. I specifically highlighted three environments / tools:
- PressBooks (for creating open textbooks), massive open online courses https://pressbooks.com/self-publishers/
- MOOCs (for example the platform coursera to find video content) and
- Badges (badgr.com to ) to award credentials for informal and open learning https://badgr.com/issuers

Presentation
In your first group activity, you revisited your personas and customer journeys, and considered how Open Educational Resources may fit into your problem space. Ellen Touchstone, our guest speaker from China joined us for this part and provided great additional feedback.
Guest Speaker
Ellen Touchstone is inaugural associate dean for responsible and sustainable business education in the International Business School Suzhou at Xi’an Jiaotong – Liverpool University.
